Compassion Is The Word Today

House of Haiku-Thee Quest-Moment of Humanity

In response to Brett Christensen’s prompt “Compassion”.

What separates us from all other forms of being is the compassion we have in our hearts and souls.

“Compassion and tolerance are not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength.” Dalai Lama

The world is so rich that none of us dare be poor, suffer from hunger, be homeless and not have access to medical care, none of us.

If the will to share is present we can make it work.

Very few people are really evil in the world. Those still have mothers and fathers. This is where we need to use compassion to open up a road of communication.

All of us at the House of Haiku should share Brett's Prompt and use our writing to help the world heal.

God(He or She) loves us all unconditionally.
