When I turned 24, my pain of not having the body I desired was tremendous and so I decided to change and commit myself fully to this sport.

For the last 12 months, I have bulked myself up to 78 Kilos with visible muscle mass and proportions. During that time I have figured out what had stopped me from getting results and the mistakes I made. I found that I was not the only person making them.
