Different Types — What’s it about? Do you resist it?

Growing is part of every living thing whether it’s a flower, a vegetable plant, an animal, or a person. It’s a complex process of development, its origin the source of producing an increase in size. A first stage of existence which for humans, can bring us to where we come from or like the intuition and wisdom of our bodies that can’t be seen but felt and heard.

Our existence can be puzzling because some accept much on faith and others believe in science. And then others believe just in life. Life never stands still, a moving energy and a mystery behind doors not opened and not seen until it reveals itself to us. It’s always moving. Life partners with us giving us a way to follow through each year becoming older and hopefully, wiser.

Growth is change like the expansion of the universe. Some of us like change and some of us don’t, but change is necessary to keep going forward. Growing is natural, but as we age, some of us stay stuck stunting our growth whether emotionally or mentally. It’s so vital as we age to keep moving, to keep learning, growing in new ways.

I don’t remember physical growing pains like that as a child, do you? But when we learn something as a child or an adult we didn’t know before, it challenges us and sometimes it does hurt becoming knowledgeable, both inside or outside, like the time you thought to test whether something was hot or not. Ow. Or the time you may have called someone a name or hurt someone and regretted it later. Ouch. Once I judged someone, and later realized that despite the obvious issue, I really liked…
