The look on your face was a sight

There you were smiling with the biggest grin on your face. The crinkles of your eyes shone so bright that it hurt. You looked as fascinated as a child looking at the ice-cream; as if you were staring at a Christmas miracle, holding the best thing that the life had to offer.

The look on your face was a sight; it seemed peaceful, excited and content all at the same time. As if you had finally found your place, the purpose was now complete and now you could be whole.
The look on your face was for — her. There she was standing majestic, looking just as fascinated with you as you were of her. You radiated warmth, the kind that would make the cynics reconsider.
The picture said everything I needed to know about you and your whereabouts in life. I quickly toggled the screen and unfollowed you out of my life.
