On Solitude.

Solitude is our world within we choose to enter. A world with vast forests, wild hurricanes, stormy rains, dry desserts, beautiful springs, deep caves and endless mountains. A world we explore, discover and experience by ourselves alone and once we begin walking it’s shores, curiously draws us into more and more and more of it.

In solitude is where we make the commitment to ourselves and experience an intimate relationship with the universe. Learning and witnessing every part of our own being down to the rhythm of the beat of our heart, the feel of our skin, the ways of our mind and the essence of our soul. It is where we seek, listen, understand, become, confront, cry, accept, heal, love and be honest with ourselves enough to become our own mirror, lover, family, friend, therapist, mentor, motivation and inspiration.

Solitude is where we no longer run from but face ourselves — our thoughts, our dissonance, our mistakes, our pain, our suffering, our shame, our hurt, our insecurities, our doubts, our fears — where everything hidden and buried within is revealed and called out to be healed and cleared so that we may fully enter with humble confidence, into our magic, our truth, our powers, our capacity and finally, our divine, glorious and radiant light within.
